About Rhonda
Rhonda Howlett Carroll is an Associate Broker at One South Realty Group.
She grew up in Mathews County and graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2005 with a degree in Business, relocating to Richmond after graduation.
In 2013 Rhonda was the Rookie of the Year for the Richmond Association of Realtors, selling 52 properties her first year in the business.
She serves on the Board of Directors for the Richmond Association of Realtors and the Central Virginia Multiple Listing Service, and is a member of the Home Building Association of Richmond.
Rhonda founded Clocktower Realty Group in January 2017 and grew it to 73 agents before joining forces with One South in 2022. Outside the office, Rhonda enjoys spending time with family, boating, salt-water fishing, and exploring new restaurants, parks and venues in RVA. She lives in Midlothian with her husband Clay, their two boys Taylor and Noah, and her English Bulldog, Hank.
